Sea Urns were designed and developed in 2018 in my studio here on the Pembrokeshire coast as a development of Sea Globes.
Made from earthenware clay, with hand thrown lids and sculpted fronds with a resemblance to sea anemones each piece has a unique style of glazing.
With a swirling ocean design in a striking cobalt blue, this piece has been finished with blue and platinum lustre detailing on the sea anemone like fronds on the lid.
The piece is initialled on the base.
