This fine bone china Sea Globe has a beautiful base glaze of turquoise with cascading tones of cobalt from the rim and aventurine from the base of the turquoise glaze. During the final firing platinum detailing has been applied to the rim.
Fine bone china Sea Globes are handmade in my studio here on the Pembrokeshire coast. Their design stems from the Pembrokeshire coast where I live and work, capturing the essence of the dramatic landscape and ever changing scenery we experience here throughout the year.
