Fine bone china Sea Globes are handmade in my studio here on the Pembrokeshire coast. Their design stems from the Pembrokeshire coast where I live and work, capturing the essence of the dramatic landscape and ever changing scenery we experience here throughout the year.
This piece is finished in a deep blue flowing glaze over two thirds of the globe, and a green and aventurine trim. The glazing lightens towards the rim which has platinum lustre detail added at the final stage of firing.
